Happy 24th of July

Well momma this week was a good one!! Im super stoked!! We found the coolest new investagators!! This is great! They came to church this week too! Their names are Veronica and Klai. They are a couple and they are the funniest things in the world! Verconica loves me to death and invites me over to her house like everyday and wants to come to every little activitly that we have at the church! She is soooo funny. The bad part is, she donsnt speak that much German. She is from poland and speaks only enough German to get by and her husband comes from the middle east hahah He is also super cool but he speaks better english than German and doesnt speak Polish at all so im not sure how their relationship works out but they seem super happy hahaha! 

Oh well you wanted to know.... Well im not trasnfered!! :) Im staying in Dresden and im getting a new comp his name is Elder Loyd. Super excited actualy hahahah...  But like you said there is a bunch of crazy things happening is this misssion right now... Like for example we have 2 new sisters coming to our area but only for 3 weeks just to shut down the area... Its really weird, like that is happening all over the mission its crazy.. Its been a little bit of stress for me to get this alll figured out but.. Im hangin in there. Oh and one more crazy thing that happened was there was a zone leader white wash.... I think that is the first time that has ever happened hahaha... Super embarrassing hahah...My comp now Elder Süffert is going down to fix that whole thing... I dont know what exactly happend but these two zone leaders must have done something stupid. But you knowing me I love drama and I get super into this kinda stuff hahah :) 

Oh crazy thing actualy... Well one of my great friends from the mission that is home now Elder Stephens.. Or Jimmy Stephens now is dating Morgen Morley.. I dont know if you remember her but she was great friends with Sami . It was supper funny and he wants me to tell him all bout her haha :) 

HAHAHAH Well the pics were great and im glad that you all had a blast for the 24th of july. Oh I wanted to let you know I just printed a couple of pics off and im sending them to you tomorrow.. With the pics im sending Ethan a letter. I wrote it for his birthday but havent been able send it off but tomorrow I will have time. Oh and tell him that he is gonna be great at football.. He is the biggest strongest kid out there.. No one can stand in his was :) Who else is looking good this year for football? 

Oh well mom... I dont know what to do about this whole modesty thing either hahahah.. We have the same problems here... There is this one girl here in our zone that is about to be baptised and she just doesnt understand the whole modesty thing hahaha I have taught her a couple of times and we have tried to explain this to her and she just isnt getting it...We have read the strength of youth with her and she told us that she was gonna save some money to buy some modest clothing and then she used all the money that was saved up for that and bought more not modest clothing hahahah... We have tried everything... Its just not clicking to her what that is... So I dont really know what you can do hahahah 

Well momma... I have been a little stressed about the whole... only 5 months left thing.... Im just starting to get worried... like im super excited to come home but at the same time im super nervous... just very mixed feeling right now... There is a lot going on and im just not sure how to handle it right now... Im gonna be fine but just a little stresed :)

Hot Hot Hot

WOW it is crazy hot here too!! like crazy hot... I honestly cant stop sweating... hahah Its ridiclious... Well the transfers are coming to an end and im getting excited for it. I dont know if anythig is gonna happen at transfers but, I just like to switch things up sometimes, I just dont like same routine all the time. I think that I will probably stay here another one though.. I havent been here that long and I would love to stay here a little longer because this ward is awesome!!! 

Oh okay... Well I want to clarify what these shwartz are... Well they are not girl pants I found them in the mens section so haha and they are not capris... They are cut at the knee so they are just like gym shorts but they are out of sweat material hahah. They are super cool here in Germany! :) 

Well let me thing what happened this week... Not much.. This has probably been one of my hardest areas.... I have never seen such half success so to say in my life... Like we find a bunch of people a day and it looks really really good but then we cant ever get these appointments to go through... We had about 9 appointments fall out this week. I dont know whats wrong.. But we are kinda in a drought but its not just my program but its the whole zone that is having this problem... We just cant make the appointments go through... Really frustrating... The best part of the week was probably sunday because I love the members here and the members here love me.. We all get along really really good the Bishop really likes me and he is super cool I like him a lot too! :) 

Oh and about that one missionary that I told you about... I dont know what to do about him.. I think he just needs to man up a little bit.. He is kinda being a baby about everything and he trys to draw attention to himself by being sad all the time.. Is really really annoying... I dont know what more I cant do with him is the thing and its really hard to try to tell him what he can do to help himself out because he is super volital and then wont listen to anything that I or anyone says... Really hard....

WOW... I cant believe that Ethan is now 16.. That is carzy... It seems like he was just 10 the other day.... Wow everything is going by really really fast... I bet he is super excited for highschool though :) Well I would be! hahah. He looks like he is getting really big though.. Just looking at his pic... how tall is he now? Oh and how is he looking for football is he gonna tear it up, is he working hard? I cant wait to come back home and watch him play! I know he is gonna be amazing! 

Well momma I just want to tell you that I am doing great! I am happy Im just kinda letting the time go by ya know... Something weird though... The sisters that came out with me into the mission are going home at the end of this week... Thats sooo weird... It makes me feel really old on my mission hahaha. But im comin down to the end! I rreally really want to be done with this whole zone leader thing.. Im a little done with it now... I just want to be a normal missionary or train.. that would be cool! I think the only thing that is making me sad right now would be the heat and not being able to cool down.... There is no AC in Germany so that is a little frustraiting because its like impossiable to cool down...  Its also really bad becasue im ruining all of my shirts becasue i cant stop sweating... Besides that im doing really good... Im just looking forward... I only have about 3 transfers left... thats kinds nutz to think about...

Germany won the world cup

Well hello there momma!!!! Well I can honestly say this week was super super good! We found 8 new people to teach this week!!! I think everyone is just super happy becasue of how Germany has been playing in the world cup hahaha. But is was really cool all of our appointments are set up for this up coming week and we are super excited! Oh and speakin of the world cup, we are gonna watch it today with the stake pres. He invited us to come watch it with him today at his house, he recorded it for us. It will be fun but I already know what happened so it wont be that exciteing hahaha. 

Oh and like you saw in the pictures we went to berlin again. Yes i did hang out with elder Hardy again hahaha. He and I are such good friends... We have been begging pres to serve together... He said that he would think about it, which is a big deal because normaly he just says no and gets a little mad when we ask.. So we are making some progress with pres hahah. Elder Hardy is also begging me to come to Utah state with him and play football with him there. I would love too but im not good enough to play at that place hahah. He said that he would tell the coach that me and him are a pcakage deal.. You get one you get the other hahaha. Oh and if you saw the pics of us in berlin you probably saw that me and elder hardy tried to make a mega person... He is sooo great! I hope i can serve with him sometime! :) 

Well momma, Im gonna be honest... Well i dont know if you know what truncky means but im gettin there... I have been thinking about home a lot hahaha. I dont know just this last week someone told me that I have only 180 days left on my mission... It is coming up really really fast and im starting to get a little nervous and excited at the same time... Its killing me really bad becasue we live by an airport and I hear the airplans all day long.... hahhah. 

Oh and you did say somehting about transfers.. Well next saturday not this saturday but next week we will be getting the transfer call... Im thinking I gonna go because I love the ward here and love it here... This place is finialy starting to grow on me and im starting to love it!!! The kids and I get along really good, everything about this place is awesome and so far as soon as I get rollin in an area.. Im transfered!! :( I will only be happy if I get to go and serve with elder hardy hahaha. 

Well it seems like you just had a normal summer week! I hope you all had a blast! Who was that in the pic with dad and the jerbear burger? Is that steve? Im not sure, I have only met the dude once hahah!HAHAHAH.. Something that I have learnd on my mission that is crazy is that everything that we have in the gospel, everything that we know are eternal principals. We can use these pricicples even outside of the church.. Its crazy how that works! Like really, someone has problems.. Then go to the gospel, its not hard hahaha! Oh and about giving ethan a drives licence... Yeah... Just be careful... You know my record with cars hahah. 

Well momma, I do have a question for you... what do you do when someone is too much pride? We have this new missionary and he is super home sick and we want to help him but he is just too proud to take any of our advice? I dont really know how to fix pride hahaha!?

Oh and thaks for the 40 dollars :) :) :) Im gonna buy myself some shworts.. They are really big here in germany.. They are Sweats but shorts at the same time!!! hahaha

Fourth of July

Well hello there momma! This week was a good one, we had a little thing called zone training meeting. Im not sure if you know what that is so, I will just tell you. Well this is the meeting we have about every month sometimes 2 times a month and it where all the missionaries in my zone will come together and meet where the zone leaders are. We all come together and the zone leaders will teach all the other missionaries how to do missionary work. So this week I have to give this lesson to the missionaries about Teaching for understanding. I thought that that was a self explainatory topic but thats what pres wanted us to teach the members of the zone. Pres usually gives us a certin topic to talk about at these meetings. The lesson was good, I tried to make things as fun as I could be all the missionaries in my zone dont have the most motovation. I kinda feel like a cheerleader sometims becuase im just trying to make everyone excited but at the same time no one cares hahahahah. Like people listen, I just have to go there and do it with them and walk with them every step of the way. So the meeting was good and besides that the week as a missionary is good. We are working really really good with the ward here we are getting a bunch of reffereals from the ward here. Its really funny how that is working out. The whole mission has been trying to figure out how to work with ward members and I think I just found it out. Honestly all that all that I have been doing is beeing really good friends witht the poeple in the ward and then they want me to teach their friends. Its really really cool. There is this one member here in Dresden that I am really really good friends with. His name is Samuel and he looks just like Tyler Johnson hahaha. But me and him are way tight and he has been helping us out a lot! 

Oh well we did have a small little 4th of july thing here in Germany. The senior couple in Dresden made a little BBQ for us. It was fun but it was still no american 4th of july. 

Oh something really bad happened this week actualy. So there is this elder in our district and he lives with me but yesterday we were in church ( becasue it was sunday). But he left his backpack with everything in it in a classroom and someone came in the church and stole it...Germany is not the best place to just leave things around. IT was hard becasue he had EVERYTHING in that bag... Like his brand new camera and all his money and just everything.. I felt super bad.. He is super sad too, like I would be too if that happened to me ;(  

Well it sounds like you all had a blast for the 4th of july!!! Im a little jelous but its whatever I dont have too much longer till I come back.. Like I love my mission and I know how big of an impact it has made on my life. I cant imagine where I would be without the mission... This has changed my life but... I just had a lot more fun at home than I have ever had here, like I still have fun here like a lot of fun but, I just had a lot more at home... I do think that everyone needs to come on a mission, I know what it can do for them. Im also not the type to count down my days till I get home, I still have sooo much work to do and the time is slipping away from me, Its going by sooo fast. But, I am excited to come home when I do :)

Well momma.. It doesnt seem like you have changed a bit.. Shooting people with the squirt gun hahahah! Momma that why I love ya sooo much!!!
