Memorial Day

Hello momma! 
Well let me tell you about my week. Well we invited our main investagator to baptism this week ( the olympics guy). He didnt say yes but i could tell that he really wanted to! He is making such good progress and i am super excited for him. He Keeps talking about he needs rules and guidlines to live the gospel and stuff so we are just gonna break it down real easy for him and teach the comandments. We also picked up two new investagators this week. i am finially being able to understand people better now so I am starting to feel like an effective missionary. 

    So funny story. One of the members this week had one of their american friends over at there house the same time for us to go home teaching to them. It was soooo funny the family is from colorado springs. I guess the couple lived in germany for 25 years then moved to american. It was sooo funny because the lady reminded me of you! When she saw me she attacked me and had to give me a hug. My comp was scared and hid behind a chair. I have watch you attack so many missionaries I knew what was coming. She said i know how your mommas feel so i will give you a hug for them. She was soooo funny! Well, when we went to teach that family the lady dicided she would teach us instead.... She taught us in english the whole time.... I felt bad because the german family couldnt understand but we translated it later. 

      Wow. Sounds like highland is changing a lot i wanna ride these trails when i get back! I am soooo stoked e! I do have a question though.... Why is stephen getting another job?. I am glad to hear everyone is doing awesome though. I still havent gotten your package yet i am sooo stoked dafür though. 

     I am stoked that this  transfer is coming to an end though.... I am ready for something new. I kinda wanna get out of Plauen. Its not like i dont like plauen i just need somehting new every now and then. I just wanna go into a big city!!!!

 I was able to email back and forth with Brady this morning and this is our little conversation

 I told him about his Mission Presidents blog and how he encourages the missionaries to sight see on their pday.. President Kosak says to love the people you have to understand them .

Well, sight seeing would be cool but my comp doesnt want to ever do it! ! Anything taht is not doing doors is a waste of time! I like pres kosack because he encourages us to find people in the most out going ways! He told an elder in my district to skate board in the street to reach out to the youth!

 What about your SD card can you send it. I know that on the missionary mom email they said your mission president approved the program Drop Box. Its an easy way to share pictures. Also how did your interview go with your mission President.

Drop Box? not sure what that is. The only thing I can access on here is my email account so sorry.I am gonna send the SD card  this week or the next week!!!! Pres kosack is soooo awesome he is sooo funny and i cant wait for my next interwiew with him!!! 

How was your Zone Pday? was it fun to get all together? What kind of games did you play?
It was good we played ultimate frissbe? I know i didnt spell that right!!!! Our district is pretty good but, I do miss my old district leader! He was soo smooth!

May 19

HEy ther momma. well i am sorry i am on sooo early today and probably wont be able to chat. We are on super early because we are in an internet cafe in zwickau because our district leader wanted to have district p day! 

    Well this week was a good one we picked up another investagator, her name is frau rosenburg she is not too intrested in the the book of mormon or anything but she is intrested in the plan of salvation. SO we will keep working on that with her. Things seem to be picking up around here. I just hope me and my comp can start to get along we argue about almost everything. I cant wait for the transfer to end! 

     Well, before i tell you this i dont want you to get worried.... But, yesterday someone pulled a gun on me... It was really random and i wasnt scared at all. we were in the middle of a public area so i knew he wasnt gonna shoot me so i just kept teaching him. He saw that i wasnt scared and just put his gun back in his bag and left! The best of the day was when carson pulls up on his mortorcycle (the gangster). HE gave me a german lesson it was sooo funny then he ran back onto his mototcycle, gave us his gangster hand shake and took off! He is sooo smooth!
Sorry its short today but I am in an intenet cafe that has a Turkish key board.

HEy momma, well, I am gonna start off by answering all of your questions... First the branch is really nice but, Its just hard to connect with them because I only understand soo much! That is hard for me because i love to be social and talk to people but its hard when i can ol´nly say soo much and i can only understand soo much! But, they do feed us somethimes. There is only 20-30 members and we have already visited all of them! We have already met with one family 3 times! Our apartment is nice, we have bunkbeds and the shower is really small. But, like i said we are the only place that has a dryer and a good weight set! So i like the apartment. 

   So i am sorry if this email is short there is just not too much to tell you. I told you all that happened during the week on saturday. I do want you to know that the skype time is not a distraction... The funny thing is its the love and support from you and katie that makes this sooo easy! Every time i get on the computer and see your emails it gives me soo much more strenght to move on! Nothing is stronger than love and thats what keeps me going! So I love you all sooo much and I want you to know that

Hey momma! Well this week was good we picked up a new investagator! She is a magic healer??? Im not sure what that mean. But, the rest of the week was pretty slow! Things are finially getting warmer so i can go out in my slacks! Oh p.s the package was awesome! I loved it. The pants actually fit pretty well. I am worried about the protien you said something about it making me gain weight? I dont really want to gain weight... I am about 180 and looking the best i ever have! 

      Mothers day. So me and my companion are gonna gave to call saturday! Is that okay? We are gonna do skype here at the church! Do you think you could make an account for me? Because i am not sure how to do it here because everything on the computer is in german! Do you think you could email me back and forth today? I dont have much time to write today because, we have an appointment with our investagator in about an hour and a half! 

 Also we found a lady in the hospital that had been reading the Book of Mormon while she was in there for a broken leg. Her son found us and wanted to know who wrote the book. So we are going to answer all of her questions today. I cant wait to talk to all of you on Mothers Day.
