Hey there mamma!!!!!! Well let me just tell you this week... We sucked.... I will be flat out honest.... ME and elder marshall sucked it up!!!! Like I cant say that we just did bad work but we just didnt have anytime to do actual missionary work this week. We have been helping the other elders move to another part of the city and it has been taking like the whole week.... Im just a little frustrated!!!... This week will also be a busy one though. This week we have the turkey bowl and a crap load of appointments this week with members because I think this is my last week in Bremen. I Hope I stay one more here. I get the transfer call on this saruday so next week i can tell you where where i will be going or if im staying....

Oh quick story... I dont remember If i told you about the story about Gilda... Me and elder hardy found her last transfer at the begnning of the transfer.... Soo, a long time ago. Well we found her when we were in Rötenberg ( the city where we coach football). When me and Elder Hardy go to coach football we go to this city a couple of hours early so that we can do some work there before football starts. And they have really good ice cream at this one place. Anyways, Our first day up there it was a really slow day and me and elder hardy wanted to take a break and get some ice cream... While i went into the store to get some ice cream there was this tiny little asian looking lady, and she was looking at me really weird... Well I went into the bathroom and i come back out buy ice cream and walk out of the store and i see the little lady crying to elder hardy... She told him she has been looking for the church in her area for 10 years now... She said she went to 

church 10 years ago in Hamburg but hasnt been since. She doesnt have internet so she couldnt find the church and she donesnt have a license to drive. Her husband is also a big jerk and wont let her really do anything... We convinced him to let her come to church, which was a miraclel!!! ANyways... she said she has been praying for 10 years to find someone to lead her back to the church because she couldnt find it. SO that day we gave her our information and hooked her up with a ride everyday to chruch with the Bish!!! She calls me and Hardy her saviours and stuff hahahah she is awesome! Yesterday she gave me a bunch of presents??? She gave me a buch of books but they are not mission approved books so she wrapped them up in christmas wrapping paper and said i can open them up not this christmas but the next one when i go home?? She is soooo funny! But, what I wanted to tell you about her is she is probably the coolest member ever!!! She invites me and Elder Hardy over to her house like every friday when we have football and wants us to come hang out with her. She is also nutz about missionary work??? Every since we showed her the brodcast from the first presidency she has given a book of mormon to like everyone in her small town... Well village which has like 100 people there!!! She has a new investagator for us there and goes on joint teaches with me and Elder Hardy when we are up in her area!!! She is haveing us teach her friend Lanzo.... he is golden... I could see this guy getting getauft really fast!!! So ya thats my little tangent on Gilda.... She is sooo funny she is this little lady that rides her bike around and talks to people about the gosple!! 

Bsides her... nothing really happened just moving the whole week... Kinda boring... Ugh... Tell Mangum to email me!!! I want to hear form him sooo bad. Gosh i miss him hahahaha. I try to talk in German with a Mangum voice sometimes... Its way funny hahahah. I hope Ethan likes wrestling though... Why does he like being at the high school sooo much?? What makes it soo special ahahah? 

WAit what??? You are going to retirement parties?? DAD is getting old.... Dont tell him i said that!!! Will i be home for his retirment party?? IF so I want to plan the whole thing!!! :) Im worried about dad though... who is he gonna talk to when he goes to the gym?? Todd is not there anymore?? Thats sooo sad... I liked him!!! 

Well momma...  if you could send me that one article  about the missionaries in the Phillipeans.that would be awesome!!!!

Hey there momma!!! Well everything is going really good actually!!!! Mom... I have a very funny story for you this week hahahahah. Well I went on an comp exchange this week and it went really good. I found a new investagator... She is not very solid but it is funny how I found her. Well me and one of the zone leaders were on the exchange and we were heading to an appointment. Well while we were on the bus Elder G ( the zone leader) He looked at me and said. Hey do you want to do some finding in the bus? I was thinking that is a little awkward but.. Why not. He said he is in a car the whole time and he has e´never had a chance to do finding in a bus... He then turns to me and says, lets split up and first one to find an investagator wins! I was like game on! The funny thing is the wholoe time he was talking  to me there was this girl staring at me and kinda checking me out and when i looked at her she just smiled, like a really big smile. So me and elder G split up and in my head i was thinking... Elder G, you have already lost.... I looked at the girl again and she scooted over and wanted me to come sit by her.... I did, just for a little bit. She didnt know what she was getting her self into... Because she is thinking to talk to me about completly different stuff but no... We talked about the Gospel hahahah it was really funny. She really wants to meet but im not sure how intrested she is with the gosple or just me?? She is not very good lookin either sooo Yeah no need to worry momma! Every one in the appartment is calling me the flirt to convert?? I dont know??? I didnt ever flirt I just talked to her about the gospel. Oh the funniest part of the story is right as a sat down with the girl Elder G turns around and looks at me witht the most confused, suprised fiace ever... It was sooo funny. After we got out of the bus he looked at me and told me " Wow you are really good at bus finding hahahah"

 Well this week we had The Elders from Bremerhaven come down to  with us too. Elder Gleason he is in our district came and he played at Utah... So he is really good at football! He came and it was a blast!!! Me and him went and coached our team.  Oh by the way Elder Gleason is like my hero... I love this guy sooo much... I will for sure hang out with him when I get home! But anyways... Back to football... WE are having success with the whole idea of the thing... We are meeting with this one kids whole family!!! Its gonna be sick! Im just glad its going some where finially!!! 

Well besides that we had a very successful week this week.. I had a lot of fun. I thought i wanted to leave Bremen... But.... Now its scaring me because the transfer is coming to an end... WE only have two weeks left in the transfer... I really hope i stay

Its sounds like everyone is doing awesome and stuff!!! Oh yes send P90 thgat would be sooo sick!!!!  Oh and way to go on that sale you got!!! That desk thing loooked awesome Like wow!!!! I really miss you alll a lot and its crazy im coming up on my half way mark.... This is nutz!! I feel like i just got out here!!! 

I think I am finially starting to master the language though... I dont have the slightest propblem understanding people now! I still talk a little funny but I know just about everything. The problem is... My German grammer is better as my English grammer!!! My spelling still sucks in german but Thats okay hahah!

Well well well its Nov.

Well momma!!! This week was another good one! Well, it was kinda good. Before I say anything... I wanted to ask you for the insanity videos maybe for christmas. I remember that sheena had them maybe you could burn them and send them.... I say that becuase Elder Hardy owns the dvds and when he gets transfered then... MY work out program is done.... 

  Well, anyways this week was good.... WE had some good lessons with out investagators and me and Elder Hardy are setting up a giant ward activity!!!! Im soooo stoked!! I love putting together activities... K so listen.... There are a bunch of americans in our ward here in Germany... What american doesnt love Football... We are gonna set up a giant turkey bowl later this month... Im sooo excited... WE are inviting half of the mission to the party and all the ward and me and Elder Hardy are gonna ask the football team that we train to come too!!! We are gonna gave a crap load of people there. WE are hopeing to get pres to come too that would be sooo cool! We are gonna do it at the church because it would be a good way to introduce our church to everyone, there is also a giant feild on the back side of the church and there is also a place for us to do some girllin!!! Does that not sound awesome??? Im soooo stoked!!! Tell me if you have anymore ideas!!

 I was thinking of doing some kinda of tail gate party. I know these members would do such a good job with these investigators if we could get them set up together.

Well, Im glad to hear that enveryone is doing good again... I love you all sooo much and the holladays are gettiong to me... But, Im excited for christams to come around. They have alredy started to set stuff up for christams. They have the best treats here in the world i swear!!! 

Oh momma... Tell dad that his email was very awesome and very inspiring... ITs always good to hear some words of wisdom for dad!!! I do miss his lectures acturally... strangely enough... I miss him coming down on me sometimes hahahah!!!

Hey momma, THis week was just... Well it was a slow week. Everything in our district has changed and its just not as fun anymore. Elder Chistanson left and this new guy came in and its just not the same anymore. Elder Christanson was sooooo funny.... The biggest nerd in the world but the funniest guy in the world... HE was one of those guys that didnt try to be funny, he just did funny stuff and we all made fun of him for it!!! The new guy is kinda a drag... Nothing against him.... I dont know the Bremen crew is just not what it used to be. Me and Elder hardy had a big talk about it yesterday actually... Me and Hardy are really tight! I love that guy!!! He and i just talk for hours on end about the stupidest stuff hahaha. But me and him decided that we wanted to go to Dresden together... I guess is suppose to be the best Christmas city in Germany!! Honestly, I dont know what Im gonna do with out him... 

 Like I said this week was just a little.... Yeah... We need to pick things up a little bit. We did have interviews this week. It was good but, Im in trouble by Pres!!! HE told me in the interview " Elder Schmidt, you are happy now but, you need to be more obeideant!!!"  I dont know what that means?? My teaching skills are through 10 times better than they ever have been? I guess he was mad because he said that my pants were too tight, and that they didnt have a crease... I just dont think pres knows what looks good?? He said im not allowed to buy slim fit pants?? I dont know what the problem is, I have gotten sooo many comploments on my pants the last couple of weeks??? My pants arent ever that tight.. ITs just a straight leg look down the leg??? I will give pres some style tips later. Me and him have a very good relationship though... Every time we talk we walk away laughing!!! Maybe i can find some mc hammer slacks and then we will see what he says?? hahahaha

Well momma... I wanted to ride some roller coasters last week but... My card is invalid for some reason?? I dont know what to do... I did ride like two rollercoasters because some other elders paid for me and that was way fun, but maybe you can see whats going on with my card?? Oh and i took lots of pictures.. And I dont want to send my sd card yet because they are just starting to put out all of the christmas stuff and I would like to send you all of the christmas pictures!!! 

 ! Im starting to get a little sad though... Christmas is coming and, I want to be with the family... IT will be my first christmas not with you guys... Makes me sad... 

Well sounds like everyone is haveing a great time! Thats a bummer about Ethans ankle though... I hope it is better by wrestling season... I wish I could have seen his football season... Im sure he tore is up... The football seasson seemed like it flew by... wow! Im also happy for dad that he doesnt have to be frustrated anymore. We will just wait till next year when he says he is not gonna coach and then the last second he chooses to do it again... I know its high school next year, but he will find a way! I think dad needs to put on the suit one last time... Tell him to shows those guys what old school is all about... Not that he is old.. but yeah... He is only half a centry... Tell stephen Im proud of him for going to this dance... Now... he needs to BUST A MOVE!!!!!

HEy momma.... Well, all I can say about this week is sore.. So you know how Elder Hardy and i are helping coach the German football team. Well this week we tried to show them some drills to help them.  I forgot how many muscles you use when you sprint and cut . It was really fun and Elder Hardy and I didnt break any rules but tried to show them how to really play American football. They have a long way to go. But Elder Hardy and I are really sore . We couldnt do our Insanity workout this morning. But it is fun to work with these guys. The coach really has a lot of faith in us ,which I like becuase he dosent know a lot. 

Besides that... This week was pretty good, we met with the guy that we were helping move his bed and he is solid. I really think we will beable to work with this guy... We also found a new investagator this week. We met him at a music shop... Kinda a funny story... I only went in there to buy a hermonica book hahahaha.... We all bought hermonicas together, so I wanted to buy a book so we could actually play them with out sounding bad hahaha. Well I went into this shop and found the only German that loves country music in Germany... It was sooo funny... As soon as he heard that we are from America he asked us if we love country music... He got up and ran into the back of his shop to grab his banjo.... He came back out kicked the door open and was wearing a cowboy hat and singing country music... It was sooo freakin funny.... Later he asked why we were in Germany and we told him what we do and gave him a Book of Mormon and made out an appointment for tomorrow... This is just my faith builder for being a normal person... Sooo many missionaries go on the street and try to stop people saying... Hello we are the missionaries and we are talking with people about God... That is sooo weird.... Just be a normal person and you will find people and normal people too. Like really... I went into a store and talked to a guy about country music and talked like a normal prerson... I hate robotic missionaries... hahaha

Well, Please tell Ethan... I am soooo proud of him. He sounds like he is doing awesome. WHat the heck happened to him... He turned into an animal... 

He befoe i go, I need to ask dad something. Does Dad know Steve Gleason? 

 

Oh and another thing... I met this random family at church. They are from America, and they know the Squires family... They know Mason and his whole family... I guess they lived by them in Washington...?? Sooo random... The ladys name is Marilyn Hatch, I forgot the guys name but his last name is also Hatch.-.. ?? SO random... Well I love you all!°!!

Yo Yo Yo momma!!! I love you!!! Well this week was a good one. We had soooo much going on and the best news ever.... Im staying in Bremen!!!! Ahhhhhhh I love my life right now!!! That is exactly what I wanted.... I wanted to stay here Ahhh I love it!! Well also this week we went to Hamberg and wow... That city is huge and beautiful!!! It was really cool. We went there for stake confrence, that was really cool, there was about 100 missionaries there and a bunch from the old mtc gang. It was nice seeing everyone again!! We also had zone confrence, that was good it was a good motovation booster!!! Cool experince from that actually... Well as a zone we came up with the goals that we want to find 50 new investagators in as a zone in the next two weeks. Well me and Elder Marshalll took the challange and went and did finding for only one hour and we found an awesome investagator... he is golden. His name is Muhamhad...? But he believes in Jesus He is a little different but we will be able to actuzaly work with him. Funny story how we found him though. We found him moving a bunch of stuff and was carrying somthing that was way too big for him... He was carrying a bed by himself and he was trying to do it by himself... He is a tiny little man and was having a very hard time... After we helped him he told us that we were his angels hahaha? He doesnt speak much german or english.. WE have already had an appointment with him and it went awesome he is already making huge progress!!! 

 

It swound like everyone is doing good, I hope Alyssa finds somthing out... Im worried about her now.... What I have been doing lately is writing down evey time i feel the sprit and write down exactly how i feel in that moment... Maybe thatz will help her... Because if she is anything like me, as soon as she feels the sprit it is awesome but then later you think about it too much and you doubt yourself... Write it down as soon as you feel it, That way there is no way you can deny that he is there... I know that sounds super missionary and churchy... but really try it... 

Well momma just want to say... I miss you momma... I miss a lot of stuff right now... I didnt realize how spoiled I was with my mommas cookin... Im starting to get sick of cooking for myself because it doesnt taste good at all.... ANd another thing.... No one puts the hot pockets in the microwave as good as you do mom... ugh... This week im setting up a lot of member appointments because I dont wanna cook anymore hahah

Im glad dad is enjoying him self hahahah. Tell dad I think i am ready to take him out in wrestling... I have been  wrestling elder hardy and he is huge and a national champ and I have taken him down a couple of times... I think my time is coming that i will be alpha male in the house when i come home!! Well thats if i live at home when i get back... Im still thinking on that.... Nothing against you guys but... I think i only want to live at home for like a mounth  when i get home and then start with my life ya know.... Sorry... Stephen is makleing me scared... I dont want to be sitting at home all the time when i get home... hahahaha

HEy momma. This week was good. I can honestly say momma... You dont have to worry about me... Im fine and im doing a lot better. , I know that here on my mission I can find answers that I would not find any other place.  what has really been helping me out latley is the Bible. I have been finding answers in there that i have been looking for a long time for. It really has been helping me out. Plus I love it too... I am reading it in german the martin luther translation. I found out that Joesph Smith said that the martin luther german translation is the correct bible translation. Its really good and im really enjoying it. 

   

Well, This week was another slow one... Just kinda went.. We met with our new investagator two times this week but... I dont know how much more time i want to spend with him... He is very muslim and doesnt want anything to do with Jesus. Well he believes that Jesus was a prophet but doesnt believe that he is the son of god... ANd thats really hard to teach him because he loves the quaran, and the quaran says in it that jesus is not the son of god... So he is gonna be a hard one to convince... He is really cool and wants to keep meeting with us. He made us some really good african food for us last time. Its kinda cool how the africans eat though, they get a huge bowl and we all eat out of it together. It was really good it was just rice with some chicken and some really good sauce. 

   

I am sooooo happy for Ethan.... Way to go.... Holy crap....  touch downs.... extra points.. What the heck is that about.... Where did that come from...??? Please just tell him how proud i am of him right now.... YEAHHHHH thats my lil bro!!!!! WOw, Thats just sooo coool! Ahhh I know is capable of doing that every time if he just tries hard... I hope this teaches him something... When he tries, then he succeeds!!!! Oh my goodness he is such a stud.  

Tell dad he needs to start insanity.... Oh my goodness.... Mom... I have the coolest 6 pack right now.... Ahhhhh its sooo coool. He says he wants to do more cardio... THen do insanity.... I know it sounds silly but.... WOW... ITs soooo cool. I hated the idea of watching a video too but... The results are awesome! Our neighbors still complain but we are getting in sick shape.

Well momma... I hoped you loved conference... IT was sooo good. WE watched it at the members house that is from lone peak high school, she is soooo awesome. Her name is Hanna Moore, Ask Stephen or Alyssa if they know her. Pres Uckdorf said something that was sooo cool. He said doubt your doubts before you doubt your belief. That was really good and really cool. I also loved how he made everything more real. It makes me happy. For example... He said if your are looking for a church with perfect people... You will be let down... Thats cool to me because I feel like too many people compare each other to others and think that some people are soo much better and stuff but, In all honestly everyone has problems people just dont show it. I also loved Hollands talk... His talk really made him more real to me and I really feel like his talk was inspired... I feel like depression has been a huge problem and Im glad he said somehting about it. 

 Well momma... Im 20 years old... That means I am a man... Which means.... I am allowed to grow a beard.... and mabe a mustache. Tomorrow... I will wake up with my man beard... Just watch... Oh and for my birthday... THe ward is taking me out bowling the day after my birthday for my birthday... I promise.... I didnt plan this out at all.... HAHAHAHAha. WEll I Love you all sooo much
